I am grateful that you’ve found my practice and may resonate with my approach. I am a licensed social worker, practicing talk therapy under the supervision of Erica Priscilla Sandoval.

I provide individual and group yoga classes for communities of color. My training includes trauma-informed practices and holistic approaches to ensure a supportive environment for both instructors and participants. This program focuses on fostering inclusive and compassionate spaces that prioritize the well-being of everyone involved.

I facilitate individual and group meditation sessions. My practice is grounded in Tibetan Buddhist meditation traditions, enriched with a Latine perspective and inclusive language. This approach fosters restorative, inclusive, and compassionate environments that enhance mental and emotional wellness.

I am a certified 200-hour Meditation Teacher, having completed my training in at Three Jewels Enlightenment Studio in New York.

My approach encourages open dialogue and shared experiences, creating a safe space for participants to express themselves. This program is focused on fostering culturally curious and nurturing relationships, supporting the emotional well-being of everyone involved.
